Breathe Easy Balm | Aromatic Eucalyptus Salve | Chest Rub, Menthol Vapor Rub, Cold & Flu Support | Viking Chest Rub

A stimulating and warming rub, deeply aromatic and perfect for cold and flu support. Eucalyptus, peppermint and pine help open the chest, clear the lungs, refresh the air and encourage free and easy breathing.

Rub over the chest and back. May also be used by adding half a teaspoon to a bowl of hot water and inhaling the vapors for 5-10 minutes.

*Ingredients: coconut oil, beeswax, essential oils of rosemary, eucalyptus, pine, tea tree and peppermint, menthol, vitamin e.*

Eucalyptus - may be anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial, stimulating, febrifuge (fever support), beneficial for respiratory problems, muscle pain, mental exhaustion, and wounds.
Rosemary - may boost mental activity, relieve respiratory problems and reduce pain and stress. Regular use or inhalation of rosemary essential oil may help strengthen the immune system and fight free radicals.
Pine - may reduce inflammation and associated redness, protect against sinus infections, clear mucus and phlegm, benefit skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, boost the immune system, fight fungal and viral infections, and stimulate the mind and body.
Tea Tree - may be antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, expectorant, stimulant, supports against infections.
Peppermint & menthol - may help clear the head and open the chest, relieve pressure and congestion.
